I had three properties in Reno, and as an out of state landlord with tenant and property management problems, I decided to sell. One property sold itself as a buyer contacted me directly. The other two were a different matter. Both were difficult to sell and had been on the market for 6months without a single offer when I first met you. You told me when we first met that you would sell my homes in 60 days or less ( you actually said that was your goal). You also said that the type of houses I owned were the type that you specialized in. I took a chance and had you list one.  Dave and Sherri, you did what you promised, you sold that property in a few months. You also handled that problems that cropped up such as carpentry, plumbing, trash removal etc. This was done without me ever coming to Reno to supervise.
