Well, I thought it was time to get information out to the public about homes sales in Reno and Sparks, Nevada for the year 2006.  I have been doing real estate news letters for 25 years and this information is always the favorite for sellers and buyers.  I published a real estate news letter for my clients from 1982 until 1993 called The Real Estate Counselor.  I also published Northgate News (a regional real estate newsletter) from 1987 until present.  It will soon be published on my blog.  I currently email it to hundreds of home owners in Reno-Northwest Suburbs.  I now call it Northgate/Somersett News.  It is a real estate news letter showing current sales information in the Northgate/McQueen area of Reno and the Somersett area of Reno.
