I will facilitate in BPO’s and recommended repairs. We list and market Distressed Properties & REO assets for fast and accurate sales.
Financial Resources: I have the financial resources to maintain an unlimited number of REO assets, including monthly utility fees, repairs, maintenance, re-key locks and required repairs. Billing is performed to your requirements.
Property Management: I have licensed vendors for interior cleaning, exterior landscaping, trash out and repairs and maintenance. All REO assets and vacant listings are inspected weekly by me or a staff member to insure security.
